@robowaifu-technician the testicle thing reminds me about a story out of japan or china, forgot it. A penis resturant that serves those, women are not allowed to eat those to often because they might grow a beard… And since cells are still alive after butchering ( https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xSCl_FBbq_E&t=1844s ) those tissues still produce the hormones they normaly do, increasing the concentration there even more, since no blood trasports it away.

However i never understood why someone wants to increase testosterone, except if they want a deeper voice. Most positive effects people associate with testosterone are either easyer achived with IGF1 (male face, muscles etc) or with Maca (fertility, horniness – as bonus you even get improved regeneration, got my tastebbuds back with that stuff! Specially at high dosage! Works also on animals, all my hybrids get maca and so far all my hybrids adre fertile (could be coincidence, but i am taking chances!))

Asked my favourite statistics tool/LLM about relaxin: https://consensus.app/search/relaxin-signaling-in-vertebrates/NBY8oPd3RRuEREXFs32JpQ/

Not sure it works that way – however i would try it, but not on a human – since unregular reopened growth plates need to be avoided at all costs. Young raw meat and relaxin for a fully grown not human should  help you see if it works.

The likely reason people think this wouldn’t work is a belief/expectation that if not cooking temperature then the pH of stomach acid would denature any hormones found in foods, and believing that if hormones could be taken orally, there’s no reason why prescription hormones need to be injected when they could be pills instead. But speaking from personal experience of having gotten hot flashes from drinking Soylent for a week, I believe any hormone can get into the bloodstream if eaten, assuming there’s enough of it, and possibly paired with something alkaline.

The last time I had bloodwork done they said I had barely over half the average amount of testosterone for a man my age. Not half of a healthy amount, half of the average amount, which is dramatically lower than the average was decades ago. And it’s probably been low for my entire life, effecting my mood and personality on a fundamental level. I’ve always hated doing pretty much any physical activities, and the go-to advice for boosting testosterone is always to lift weights, which I just find tedious and insufferable, leaving me feeling miserable every time I try. If I had high testosterone then maybe I’d enjoy it, but that’s a Catch-22. And I don’t want to pay out the nose for injections that will shrivel-up my already tiny balls, and the last time I asked a doctor about it I also asked if I could get on hCG instead to keep them from shrinking (which I’ve heard is more common in Europe) & he ultimately refused to prescribe me anything that wasn’t anti-anxiety or depression medication. (both of which I refuse to take)

I’ve never gotten any kind of noticeable health effects from Maca or any other herbal supplement. I’m sure they work, but not only is there probably a lot of fake shit out there, there’s likely a quality-control issue for the real stuff. And ultimately, I think the best thing to eat would be something closest to what the human body makes for itself. Although I feared that might also mean I may need to eat a lot of bull brains to fix what’s wrong with me. I have also been wondering about herbal treatments for any parasites that one could get from eating raw organs, or the declining sanitary standards of modern living in general.

I know it’s anecdotal, but I’ve read online about how people have inexplicably started growing after their growth plates normally would have closed. Sometimes caused by brain tumors causing even middle-aged people to inexplicably start growing again, or even just women growing a few inches taller after getting pregnant. In the latter case it’s thought that the release of relaxin to help widen the pelvis effecting bones in the rest of the body, causing women to sometimes even outgrow husbands they were equal in height with. I figure if that is true, relaxin could technically open the growth plates in anyone, but keeping estrogen down and testosterone up is probably necessary for keeping the shoulder-waist-hips ratio in check. But I’m not exactly eager to eat raw prostates for relaxin.

@robowaifu-technician one reason people don’t believe it, is because nobody makes their fucking own experiments and just repeats what others said.

Had that discussion just recently, the idea of testing something on their own didn’t even cross their mind and they claimed as source why it did not work a study using milk as IGF1 source …. yeah females produce less igf1 anyway and once they where pregnant, they defendly stopped growing. Meaning it is the worst IGF1 source you could think off.

I felt like medical students in the past having am explanation of two seperate jaw bones, becauee dogs got one. While watching an hunan autopsy and not speaking up. Or doctors to refuse to wash hands after an autopsy when they gone to the nursery…. yeah nothing much changed in mankind.

Since maca doesn’t work on you, there is probably something wrong with your receptos or something else in the signal chain. But as long as you are happy who cares?

About an natural anti parasite, artemis anua works great and is healthy. However i would rather recomend a good meat source that is not infected in the first place. One of the benefits of young meat, it had not much time to be infected in the first place…

And natural diet for a human would be low on starch based product. Teeth problems started to pop up, once we domesticated starch rich plants (a good trade off if the alternative is starving…)

Also i am the last person on earth that will ever stop you from doing self experimentation or any experimentation.

When you do it, make sure you got enough vitamin D + K and calcium in your system. Bones need that to grow.

oh and about motivation, i had no motivation for the gym or amy sport until i fogured out how to induce muscle growth with young mammal meat or ashwaghanda. But after that, my motivation was truh the roof.

Success is what creates motivation!

I could pump for hours in the gym (creatine and taurine for increased emdurance, disolved in warm water) – didn’t even bother counting. Just increased/decreased weights and pumped. Used it to meditate.

However this only worked when i decided to induce muscle growth, those days i decided not to do that, my motivation was horrible…. felt like a waste of time….

Oh and if you induce muscle growth, don’t forget to eat more cancer preventing plants, eg noni (or weaker but better tasting relatives mango and papaya), berries (specially cranberry) and artemis anua.
